Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
